1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
